Blackbull Station’s farming operations encompass a diverse range of activities including cattle, hay, and cotton production, spanning approximately 5000 hectares of improved farming country.
Edith Organic is currently assessing growth between hay cultivations and has experienced success with pre-burning cultivation prior to seeding.
At Edith Springs Station, farming operations involve the ongoing cleanup of new farming areas, with an anticipated expansion to approximately 1.500 hectares.
Katayf Farm has achieved success with lucerne, which grows well year-round on the farm and allows for more cuts compared to Rhodes grass.
A notable success for Territory Grape Farm lies in its ability to supply year-round crops to local buyers, ensuring consistent availability and meeting the
demands of the community.
Whetstone Park Station operates a farming operation spanning 700 hectares, primarily dedicated to hay production for the NT cattle industry, while also reserving a small portion of hay annually for grazing purposes on-site.
