NT Farmers is excited to announce that applications are now being accepted for the latest round of their Kenneth Rayner Agriculture Scholarship. In collaboration with Entegra Signature Structures, the scholarship is designed to support and cultivate future leaders in the Northern Territory’s plant industry.
Scholarship Benefits Include:
- Financial support to the value of $10,000 (including GST).
- Registration to the 2025 Northern Australia Food Futures Conference, valued at $1,500.
- Exclusive networking opportunities at NT Farmers events and board meetings.
- Access to professional development resources.
Isabella (Bella) McBean, the 2022 scholarship recipient, says the scholarship significantly enhanced her educational experience. “The Kenneth Rayner Agricultural Scholarship supported me in fully engaging in my studies, gaining valuable experiences along the way and further exploring opportunities available within the agricultural industry”, says Bella.
“Along with the financial support, the industry placement was invaluable in opening doors to opportunities within the agricultural sector. I am deeply grateful to NT Farmers, Entegra Signature Structures, and Kenneth Rayner for this exceptional opportunity.”
NT Farmers CEO Greg Troughton emphasised the importance of this initiative. “Supporting young talent in agriculture is one of our core beliefs at NT Farmers,” Greg stated.

Applications for the Kenneth Rayner Agriculture Scholarship are open now, until November 30, 2024.
